This workshop of 3x3 hours in cooperation with Catharina Kreysel will make you identify your latent desires for both your professional and private life. The two groups of 35+ and 50+ facilitate an intensive dialogue among people of a similar age.

The seminar for increased impact.

To lead and to follow means relationship management. We have to assume leadership to make others follow as wished for. And we have to know when to leave leadership to others.

We assemble our own personal tool-box allowing us to gain high impact through a sophisticated interplay of leading and following. We find answers to questions such as: How do I shape and influence my relations? How do I bring about desired behavior change? We practice with participants’ cases.
